Favorite Photographs – Post Five | Blacksburg Wedding Photography

Hello again! This is the fifth post in my ongoing series of favorite photos of all time. I am sharing FIVE of my favorites with each post. I have been doing this for a long time now (almost 11 years..whaaaat???) so over that stretch of time I have accumulated some faves!

The first photograph I am going to share today is of Morgan and her beautiful horse. This photo is from Morgan and Bobby’s engagement session. We met at her father’s property in Roanoke and it was such a beautiful piece of land. There Morgan had her horse as well as some of the most adorable little goats. After we took many beautiful photographs of the two of them Morgan brought out her horse. I just loved how you could see the love she has for him. Just beautiful! You can see their full post HERE and their wedding post HERE

I just loved with Morgan brought out her horse for some photos! This shot of the two of them makes my heart smile 🙂

Jenny and Joe’s wedding at Hahn Horticulture Gardens at VT was amazing for so many reasons. I loved how so many people came together to celebrate the love of this wonderful couple. Hahn Gardens has a magical feeling about it. The lighting is always just right as it comes through the canopy of trees. This image is one of my favorites that we took of the couple that day. You can see their full wedding post HERE.

Jenny and Joe’s garden wedding had such magical lighting.

I absolutely loved working with Annah for her senior session in 2015. Annah graduated from Auburn High School and is now attending Virginia Tech. Annah is an atom young lady and this image is one of my favorites from her session. I just loved that blue dress! See her full post HERE

Annah’s senior session was perfect as was this blue dress!

Annamarie and Mike had a beautiful wedding at Irvine Estate in Lexington despite the rainy weather. After a great ceremony and reception they were ready for their exit. They has wanted to have a sparkler exit but the rain just wouldn’t allow for that. What do you do when there is a hiccup in your plans? You come up with a new one! We set up the light at the end of the tunnel of guests and cheered them on as they left! I liked how the lighting made for a perfect photo of a perfect day! Despite the rain!

Not able to have sparklers? No problem! Annamarie & Mike’s guests made their exit perfect despite the rain!

I hope you enjoyed this post! Please be sure to keep following us for more soon!
