Favorite Photographs – Post Six | Blacksburg Wedding Photography
Hello again! This is the sixth post in my ongoing series of favorite photos of all time. I am sharing FIVE of my favorites with each post. I have been doing this for a long time now (almost 11 years..whaaaat???) so over that stretch of time I have accumulated some faves!
My first favorite that I am sharing today is of Samantha, a high school senior at Blacksburg High School. We had a great time during her session and near the end we climbed to the top of the parking garage in Blacksburg. The sky was just awesome and this perspective was so fun to use! Doesn’t she look awesome??
Rachel and Leland’s wedding was beautiful from beginning to end. At sunset we went out into the open field next to Smithfield Plantation and took some couple portraits. This one in black and white will always be a favorite! Check out their full wedding post HERE
I photographed Jill and Stone’s wedding at Beliveau Estate Winery and it was absolutely amazing. You can see those photographs HERE. A year later we got together in Roanoke for their one year anniversary session. I just loved the details Jill brought along for this session. It was great to see them again and to be able to photograph such a neat idea! You can check out that full post HERE
Ashley’s family session was absolutely wonderful and I loved working with them all. She was so beautiful pregnant with her fourth baby. Her green dress was just perfect! You can check out her full session HERE
And now for the last one in this post… I mean… really? How could his not be one of my favorites?? IT’S A SNOWSTORM! Kaitlyn and Mike came over for this session after our biggest snow of 2016. I absolutely loved trekking through the snow with them and getting to know them before their big wedding (see that post HERE. You can see more form their snow day engagement session HERE
