I had a great time during the wedding consult when I met Lauren for the first time. She was so sweet and had the best personality! I was so happy when she decided to go with Skyryder for her wedding photography! I knew we were going to have a blast at their engagement session. I finally got to meet Dalton and they are just the sweetest pair!

I asked Lauren how she and Dalton met and she told me, “Dalton went to a different high school than me, it was a rival high school. He was a sophomore and I was a freshman. One night at a football game we were playing his school, and I was selling raffle tickets as a cheerleader, then he walked up and bought a few and introduced himself. Later on that year, we saw each other at one of his basketball games! He messaged me that night and we’ve been together since!” Oh my goodness! What an absolutely adorable story!

The proposal story is just as adorable! Lauren tells it like this: “I was on a family beach trip and he surprised me by showing up! I thought that was my surprise. The next day, he wanted to take me out for a dinner with just the two of us and then we went for a walk on the beach. As we were walking back, he told me he wanted to replace my promise ring (which I though I had lost) with a real one and then asked me to marry him!” How beautifully planned! I just love stories that make your heart swoon!!!

Lauren and Dalton enjoy many things together. They like eating (ha! me too!), binge watching Netflix, and playing with their two dogs, Bailee and Maya. Now that they are engaged they are super excited to finish the wedding plans and then party! They have been talking about their wedding day since they were 16 and 17 and the time is finally almost here! They know it is going to be a beautiful and they will tell you that they “cannot wait to marry each other!” A-DORABLE!

Okay! This is enough from me! More photos of this adorable pair!
