Hi everyone!

Let’s all give it up for one of the cutest couples on the planet: Morgan & Nate

Morgan told me all about how Nathan and she met:

“One of my best friends, Rachel Shrader and her boyfriend who knew Nathan, set us up on a blind date to go watch Fast & Furious 5 at the movie theater, the end of my junior year in high school (Year 2011), and he was ending his freshman year at Virginia Tech. From that day on we have always had a special place in our hearts for each other. We went through our ups and downs and God had his hand in our relationship throughout the whole journey.”

She also filled me in on the proposal:

“It was May 2, 2015 and we were at his parents house in Floyd, on their farm and had been helping his Grandpa build a hay barn for most of the day. After we were done working, he asked me if I wanted to go on a walk through the field below his parents house that was full of the mustard grass. Meanwhile, his mom (Annie) was secretly taking pictures of us from their porch, but while I was in the field I mentioned that it would be pretty to take pictures in the mustard grass. He jumped on that opportunity and called his mom to “get her camera” and come take pictures of us. We started to do a couple different poses and then Nate said, ” I have a pose I want to do” and drops down on his knee and pulls out a ring. I was completely surprised and I thought it was a joke at first and then I looked at the ring and realized it was very real! And of course, I said YES!”

How perfect! We actually reenacted a pose or two on that same spot!

Their wedding date is set for June 25, 2016. They will be getting married at the beautiful Sinkland Farms with the reception following in the same spot. I cannot wait for their big day!!!

When I asked Morgan for some advice for couples having their engagement photos she said, “Have fun, relax! As Corey said, ‘pretend it’s just the two of you and nobody is taking pictures, because that would be weird!'” Ha ha! Can you just tell how fun they are??!!!

I bet you can feel the love through these photos.
