Ashley is a Virginia Tech Graduate!!!
I am SO EXCITED to share this awesome young lady’s post with you! I have known Ashley since she was a sweet 7th grader in my math class! Wow has time flown by!! Fast forward about 9 years and look at her now!
Ashley is graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Human Nutrition Food and Exercise. She plans to work in Blacksburg for a couple years while she saves up some money for a big move to a warmer climate. She is looking forward to beginning a career in the fitness industry!
We met at the pylons on the VT campus and then went over to McComas Hall where Ashley spent a lot of her time during while earning her degree. We finished the session at the always gorgeous Hahn Horticulture Garden!
“Determined, compassionate, and motivated” are the three words Ashley uses to describe herself. She is all of that and more! Ashley is one of the kindest and most thoughtful students I have ever had. I can remember her sweet personality then and it was wonderful to see she hasn’t lost a bit of it! What a great human she is! We are so lucky!
When Ashley isn’t studying her favorite topics like exercise physiology and personal training, and group exercise, she’s keeping busy with her favorite pastimes. Ashley loves to play her guitar, travel, spend time with her family and friends, and hang outside with her dogs.
I had so much fun catching up with Ashley during her session and I cannot wait to hear all about her successes in her next chapter of life! Whatever she ends up doing and wherever she ends up going, it will be awesome!
