It was so awesome seeing Genesis for her high school senior session!
Genesis describes herself as “outgoing, feisty, and fearless!” What a cool set of adjectives for such a cool young woman!
Genesis attends Blacksburg High School in Blacksburg, Virginia. She loves studying English and mathematics. (I told you this girl is awesome!) Genesis is also heavily involved in theater and Madrigal Choir, where they dress in costume and sing medieval songs!
When not busy with school or performing, Genesis likes to read, write, binge Netflix, and hang out with her friends. She loves listening to Brandi Carlile, The Lumineers, ABBA, and James Taylor. Her favorite TV shows are Scandal, The Office, and Scream (the series). Genesis told me she loves “all types of Rom Coms and horror films and her absolute favorite color is purple.”
Genesis has applied to a few schools but hasn’t made any decisions yet about where exactly she will end up. She is, however, pretty sure she will be going to school for theatre!
Whatever the location, Genesis is going to make a mark. This is one awesome young woman with a beautiful spirit. I had so much fun seeing her again! She was one of my faves as a 7th grade advanced math student so you know I LOVED this session!!!
