What an awesome bunch the Martin family is! Just one more reason I love being a Blacksburg family photographer!
I got to meet them for the first time this past week and we had a great time! We met at the Hahn Horticulture Garden at Virginia Tech. The flowers and plants were in full bloom and it was magnificent!
Christina and Perry are the proud parents of two adorable girls, Dabney and Della. They were a blast to work with!
I asked Christina to tell me what her family enjoys doing together and she told me, “Our family enjoys going on rides through the country listening to classical jazz music and most of the time we end up getting ice cream because everyone in our family loves ice cream. We also enjoy getting out in the yard and playing softball or kicking a ball around or other outdoor activities. The girls really enjoy swimming so we try to spend time at the pool.” Fun!
The also love to play board games together. One of their favorites is a game called “Sneaky Squirrel”! What a fun name! I will have to check that game out myself! When not playing games they enjoy baking together. MMMM 🙂
Christina and Perry chose Hahn Gardens because of its gorgeous grounds and foliage as well as it being a safe and fun place for the girls to explore. And let me tell you, they had fun exploring! It was fun seeing their excitement!
The girls were really fun to get to know. I loved how sweet they were together and how much they liked to talk to me and tell me all about their favorite things! They both even came running over at the end of the session to give me a hug goodbye! I have to say.. that was probably my favorite part :). Awwww… love them!
