Nicole is a VT graduate!!!
I am SO VERY EXCITED to share this college graduate with you all! Nicole was one of my favorite students when she was a little 7th grader in my math class at Blacksburg Middle School! Look at her now!! She is so grown up and successful!!! I am so proud of her!
Nicole is graduating from Virginia Tech with a Marketing Management degree with a concentration in Digital Marketing Strategies. She is excited to start her career! Nicole told me, “After college I would love to work in the marketing field within an athletics department (especially VT)! I also have a passion for digital marketing and content creation so I would love to do something within that field as well. I am most excited to start this new chapter of my life and see what is next!”
“Funny, Caring, and Loyal” are the words that Nicole uses to describe herself. While those definitely describe her, I would have to add in that she is kind, thoughtful, and so conscientious. She is a very special person that this world is lucky to have!
In addition to her studies, Nicole is a Marketing and Business Development intern with a small online company. This is offering her an opportunity to get some experience in the marketing world. She also volunteers in the kids’ classrooms at Blue Ridge Church every Sunday.
Nicole shared that when she’s not working or in school, she loves to spend time with her friends and family. She shared, “My friends and family are definitely the most important things in my life so I try to spend as much time with them as possible! I love spending my time at Claytor Lake – riding on boats/jetskis, tubing, and tanning (while reading a book of course). I also spend a lot of time with my fur baby, Daisy! She is a 1 year old Goldendoodle FULL of energy and has definitely kept me on my toes.” Nicole even brought Daisy for a couple of photos!
Nicole’s all time favorite TV shows are Friends and Grey’s Anatomy. She loves country music and she especially loves to blast it with her windows down in the summer!
I had so much fun getting to see Nicole again and learn all about her accomplishments while at VT. I just know there are so many more awesome things to come from this young woman! I can’t wait to see!
