What a wonderful family I got to meet the other day!
Jing, Jianling, and their little 6 month old boy, Harvey, met up with me at Virginia Tech’s Hahn Horticulture Garden for their family session. The weather over the past couple of weeks in Blacksburg has been pretty wet. We have had significant rains for days and days. After having to reschedule and a morning of rain that day, we toughed it out and met for their family session. Despite the ground and some benches still being a little wet, we had a gorgeous garden to explore!
Hahn Horticulture Garden is at full bloom. The plants and flowers are just amazing! There is also a wonderful art exhibit throughout the grounds that just adds to the beauty of this location.
Jing and Jianling are two wonderful parents. Harvey is a very happy little guy and his grins prove it! I loved how silly they both were with Harvey. They were able to keep him laughing and in such a great mood the entire session!
Jing and Jianling are in Blacksburg while Jing attends Virginia Tech for engineering. They are from China originally, and are both enjoying their time in Virginia while Jing is in school. Harvey is along for the fun!
Harvey is such a sweet little guy and I loved getting to be silly with him during their session. It was the highlight of my day, for sure!
