“Social, hardworking, and fun.” Those are the three words that Blake used to describe himself and they seemed totally spot-on!
Blake was a lot of fun to get to know as we walked around the Virginia Tech Duck Pond recently.
Math and science are Blake’s favorite subjects to study at Blacksburg High School. He is a member of the National Honor Society and also plays varsity football and basketball for the Bruins.
When Blake isn’t at school or playing with his teams, he enjoys playing ball at the rec or hanging out with his girlfriend. He enjoys watching ESPN and Netflix in his downtime. He likes so many different kinds of shows that he said he couldn’t pick a favorite!
Blake hasn’t chosen his college yet but he has three top contenders. He is considering Georgia, Tennessee, and Virginia Tech. He is still deciding on the major too!
It was so much fun getting to know Blake and I was so impressed with him. He is definitely a kid that is going somewhere in this world!
