Maegan and Daniel are THE SWEETEST!!
What an awesome time I had with Daniel and Maegan during their engagement session! We started the session on Daniel’s land in Floyd County, Virginia. This is a special place. Not only is it gorgeous and the spot where they will be building their future home together, but it is also the spot where Daniel proposed to Maegan!
This session was so fun. We walked around this beautiful place as I got to know these two. They are so in love and it is adorable. I loved seeing how much they laughed together! Oh.. and when Daniel would look at Maegan you could just she how much he adores her. It was so sweet!
The Proposal:
I asked how they became engaged and Daniel told me, “I took her four-wheeling up to where we’re planning to build a house to watch the sunset one July evening. She didn’t have a clue what was going to happen or that I had a ring in my pocket. I walked her over to a stump and put her on it so she’s facing the sunset and right about dark. I got down on one knee and asked her if she would marry me.” Of course she said yes! And of course we also had to recreate it for a photo!!
These two enjoy having fun together. They told me that they are always laughing and being silly. That was clear during their session too! They also like to go four-wheeling and hang out with their friends and family.
Now that they are engaged they are having a great time planning the wedding. They are also very excited for what the future holds for them once the wedding is over. Building their dream home and starting a family is what excites them the most!
I always ask my clients to describe the best thing about each other. Their responses were adorable. Maegan says that she loves Daniel’s sense of humor. Daniel replied that what he thinks is the most awesome thing about Maegan is “her big ole heart.” Ahhh.. now if that didn’t melt your heart I don’t know what will!
