I ADORE this family!

I have really enjoyed knowing Jodi and Elijah over many years! I first got to meet them at Panera when we had a consultation for their wedding. Lucky me that they chose to hire me to photograph their wedding. I say “lucky” because that was the beginning of a great friendship! Elijah and Jodi are both two awesome people that I am very fortunate to have as clients, but treasure as friends.

While we have done many sessions together since their wedding, the last time we had a session at Heritage Park Jodi was pregnant with Maxton, her oldest. It was so neat to remember that session and see how much her family has grown since then. Maxton is now in first grade and Lawson is three! How does that happen so fast?

“Happy, high-energy, and loving” is how Jodi describes her family. They fit those three words pretty perfectly! I would add in the word “adventurous.”

Maxton is a super smart, fun, and kind little man. He loves school and riding his bike with his friends. First grade will be no problem for Max as he is ready for any challenge! One strong and awesome kid he is!

Lawson is growing so quickly and already working hard to keep up with his big brother. He has a tender heart but a strength to match his big brother’s! I love his smile too. It just melts my heart!
