This was one awesome wedding!

I absolutely loved working with Jennifer and Eric from the first time we met at their wedding consult all the way until we said goodbye their wedding night! This is one perfect couple!

Jennifer met me first at The Maridor to finish getting dressed for her big day. When she arrived she had already had her hair and makeup done by the wonderful Niche Salon in Roanoke. She looked beautiful even before she stepped into that amazing dress! The Maridor is an amazing venue for a wedding. I have had the pleasure of shooting weddings there many times before and each time I am in love with the grounds. What a perfect spot to say, “I do!” to the love of your life!

Here are some details about the details! (ha! catch what I did there!!??):
The dress: Kleinfeld – Marisa Collection – Church Street Bridal
The flowers: Mary Jo Thompson of Gloriosa
The invitations: Paperless Post

The ceremony went off without a hitch! It was a gorgeous day, the weather was perfect, and all of Jennifer and Eric’s friends and family came to celebrate the day!

The reception was a lot of fun to attend. The guests danced pretty much from the moment the food service was over up to the sparker exit! It was a perfect celebration of a wonderful couple. The DJ, Mark Taylor of Master Taylor Entertainment kept the party hopping! What a great variety of music the couple chose too!

The food was perfect! It was prepared by The Maridor’s in house catering. There was a delicious chicken salad, sliders, macaroni and cheese bar, grilled vegetables, and steak. So very good!!! The cake was prepared by Mary Ogilvie and it was yummy!

After the awesome sparkler exit Jennifer and Eric headed out for their honeymoon! They plan to visit Nevada and Southern Utah. They will spend a couple of nights in Las Vegas but are most excited to travel to the National Parks in Southern Utah such as Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the Canyonlands. I cannot wait to see photos!!!!

Okay enough from me! More photos!!!!

*A special thanks to Marica Saunders of Rivers and Roads Photography for being my awesome second shooter!
